Word play enthusiast, fastest smile in the West, and proud 3rd generation Montanan, Jacie Fields provides dynamic support to our agents and clients. Ms. Fields began her real estate career in 2016. As a residential Realtor and as support staff for her previous brokerage, she had direct contact with over 150 real estate transactions. She earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation in 2019 following 3 years of higher education provided by the Montana Association of Realtors. Jacie joined Coldwell Banker The Brokers team in Spring 2019 in a non-competing role to provide, as one broker/owner would say, "premium talent" in assisting the residential agents to best share their properties and connect with the community.
She manages the social media for the company, curates the weekly publication of print ads in the Weekly Real Estate Portfolio, and provides 3D photography and virtual tour creation using the Matterport system. She coordinates the multiple companywide training and team building events that occur each year. Jacie has grown as both a writer and graphic artist during her time at Coldwell Banker The Brokers thanks to the generous leadership and culture of continual growth.
She enthusiastically takes part in office support and takes her position as "Director of First Impressions" very seriously; she strives to make each client feel informed and comfortable from the time they walk or call in. She prides herself in staying up to date with the office's current listings, efficiently directing buyers and sellers looking for residential real estate to the correct property.
When she isn’t assisting agents or managing her own portfolio of rentals, she can be found exploring the wonders of Montana as she hikes, kayaks, and golfs around the state with her three teenagers who have been known to tolerate her puns.
