Brittani Hunter has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. With 10
years as a leader in the title, escrow, and lending businesses. Brittani has personally
closed hundreds of real estate transactions, helped numerous agents within the
association to build and brand their business to increase home sales, and built a
reputation based on service to her community.
In her 6 years as the Residential Sales Manager of Coldwell Banker the Brokers, she
has markedly grown the team and overall production. Training, Coaching and leading
more than 20 active agents across the Billings and Red Lodge markets. Notable
achievements are increasing overall production in excess of 300%, the creation of a
flourishing farm and ranch division, highly educated luxury teams for each specific
market, and a corporate level award winning relocation division supporting Fortune
500 employees. Her team describes her as extremely organized, detail oriented and
determined to provide the best service possible. She sets an example of ethical
practices, education, and the pursuit of doing what is right.
Brittani maintains strong connections to the industries that service the real estate
community, by actively serving on several committees and tasks forces with both the
Association of Realtors and Home Builders Association. Countless hours are
volunteered for each of those organizations to ensure that the future of real estate
in Billings will remain strong. She has served with the Billings Chamber of Commerce
as a liaison for a connections group, a mentor, as well as a volunteer Chamber
Ambassador. For the past 3 years she has served as a school board member for the
Laurel School District. Her love for her community is shown through her passion for
